What happens when I send funds to the wrong network?

Funds sent to incompatible networks (e.g. USDC in an ERC20 wallet address sent via the BEP20 network) will be lost and cannot be recovered.

Example

USD Coin (USDC) transactions can be done using these networks (or chains): ERC20 or BEP20. These networks have different wallet addresses and different ways to process transactions - and they are not interoperable.
