What happens when I send funds to the wrong network?

Funds sent to incompatible networks (e.g. USDT in an ERC20 wallet address sent via the TRC20 network) will be lost and cannot be recovered.

Example

Tether (USDT) transactions can be done using these networks (or chains): ERC20 or TRC20. These networks have different wallet addresses and different ways to process transactions - and they are not interoperable.

BVNK have added warnings across the platform to help avoid cases of lost tokens.
