I have a new mobile phone. How do I reset my two-factor authentication?

When you activated 2FA on your BVNK account, you bound your profile to a uniquely identified instance of an authenticator app.

To bind your profile with the app on your new phone, make sure to back up or export your authenticator app data to the new phone, examples:

Note: Changing your SIM card or phone number will not affect your BVNK 2FA.
