What documents are required for onboarding?

The following documentation is required as part of the onboarding process. This list of documents is not exhaustive. Depending on the specific case, we may ask for more info or documents as part of the process.

Business Information

  • Business certificate of incorporation or registration (articles of association)
  • Proof of registered business address
  • Company shareholder certificates (shareholder register)
  • Company's shareholder structure chart
  • Business operating license (if applicable)

Business owners

Only if the business is owned by other people or companies.

  • For individual owners we require proof of identity and address for each person
  • For corporate owners we require a certificate of incorporation and shareholder register for each person

Business directors

  • Proof of identity and address for all active directors

Authorised representative

  • Proof of identity and address for the authorised representative of the company

Note: Files must be submitted in PDF format and should not exceed 20MB.
