We’ve introduced enhanced wallet management capabilities to give you full control over the wallet lifecycle, across both fiat and crypto wallets.
Wallet Actions
You can now perform the following actions on wallets:
- Create – Generate a new wallet for an onboarded client
- Read – View wallet details
- Search – Find wallets across your account
- Update – Modify wallet metadata (where applicable)
- Block – Prevent all transactions
- Unblock – Re-enable transactions
- Terminate – Permanently remove a wallet (subject to conditions)
Access Points
Wallet management is available across all key touch points:
- Admin Portal – Internal operational control
- Merchant Portal – Business-level access
- APIs – Full programmatic control
All actions are synchronised across these channels for consistency.
Wallet termination
- Wallets can only be terminated if:
- Balance = 0
- Once terminated, the wallet is permanently disabled.
