What happens to assets that are airdropped to the client’s address, do they belong to the client or BVNK?

An airdrop of crypto assets typically involves delivering tokens to a wallet, by using smart contracts. Airdrop recipients often directly receive the coins or tokens without having to accept them.

 

At BVNK, our standard policy is not to support airdrops. This means that under normal circumstances, airdropped assets may not be reflected in your account.

 

We understand that certain airdrops may be important to our clients. In special cases, we may be able to accommodate requests to support specific airdrops. This would be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our merchant service team or your account manager if you have such a request.

 

Please bear in mind that these decisions are made at our discretion and are subject to our internal policies and the technical feasibility of supporting the airdropped asset.
