How to add or delete a beneficiary for B2B payments?

Beneficiary management on BVNK has been designed to simplify B2B payments and enhance payment security for our merchants. Follow these simple steps to add or remove beneficiaries in your BVNK portal.

Adding a Beneficiary

  1. Log into your Merchant Portal

  2. Go to Settings → Manage Beneficiaries → Add a Beneficiary.

  3. Choose the Beneficiary account currency (EUR or GBP).

    1. For EUR accounts, provide the business name, country of business registration, IBAN, and BIC code.

    2. For GBP accounts, provide the business name, country of business registration, account number, and sort code.

  4. Submit the details and complete the 2FA challenge.

  5. The beneficiary will be successfully added and available for selection when using the B2B Payments feature.

Deleting a Beneficiary

  1. Log into your Merchant Portal.

  2. Go to Settings → Manage Beneficiaries.

  3. Click on the three dots next to the beneficiary you wish to delete.

  4. Verify the beneficiary to be deleted.

  5. Click on Submit to confirm the action, and the beneficiary will be deleted.
