Beneficiary management on BVNK has been designed to simplify B2B payments and enhance payment security for our merchants. Follow these simple steps to add or remove beneficiaries in your BVNK portal.
Adding a Beneficiary

Important: New beneficiaries can now only be added via Contacts. If you need to add a new recipient, please first create a Contact by following the instructions in our How to Add a Contact guide.
You will be able to add the necessary Beneficiary Bank account details to that Contact, by following the process outlined below.
- Once the contact is created, select + add Bank Account
- Choose whether you're adding a Local or International beneficiary.
- For Local Beneficiaries follow the prompts to provide complete beneficiary information as well as the local bank details.
For International Beneficiaries follow the prompts to provide complete beneficiary information as well as the SWIFT bank details. - Submit the details and complete the 2FA challenge.
- The beneficiary will be successfully added and available for selection when using the B2B Payments feature.
Deleting a Beneficiary
- Log into your Merchant Portal.
- Go to Bank Beneficiaries
- Click on the three dots next to the beneficiary you wish to delete.
- Verify the beneficiary to be deleted.
- Click on Delete to confirm the action, and the beneficiary will be deleted.
