How to add or delete a beneficiary for B2B payments?

Beneficiary management on BVNK has been designed to simplify B2B payments and enhance payment security for our merchants. Follow these simple steps to add or remove beneficiaries in your BVNK portal.

Adding a Beneficiary

  1. Log into your Merchant Portal

  2. Go to Manage Account → Manage Beneficiaries → Add a Beneficiary.

  3. Choose whether you're adding a Local or International beneficiary.

    1. For Local Beneficiaries, provide the Country of business registration, currency of account, business name, beneficiary name, local GBP or EUR bank details and an optional payment reference.

    2. For International Beneficiaries follow the prompts to provide complete beneficiary information as well as the SWIFT bank details.

  4. Submit the details and complete the 2FA challenge.

  5. The beneficiary will be successfully added and available for selection when using the B2B Payments feature.

Deleting a Beneficiary

  1. Log into your Merchant Portal.

  2. Go to Manage Account → Manage Beneficiaries.

  3. Click on the three dots next to the beneficiary you wish to delete.

  4. Verify the beneficiary to be deleted.

  5. Click on Submit to confirm the action, and the beneficiary will be deleted.
