Network or gas fees are charged every time a transaction is executed on a blockchain. These are transaction fees paid to the blockchain network (e.g., miners/validators) by the person submitting the transaction.
Important: Network/gas fees are not charged by BVNK, they are set and collected by the blockchain network.
