Before making a fiat transfer from your BVNK account (deposit or withdrawal), you need to register a bank account on your BVNK portal settings.
Steps
- Log in to the BVNK portal.
- Click on "Bank beneficiaries"
- Click on "Add a beneficiary".
- Next, select ‘Add beneficiary’, and select if the beneficiary is ‘Local’ (using SEPA, CHAPS, Faster Payments) or International (using SWIFT, Wire etc.)
- Fill in the required information on the screen.
If the beneficiary information relates to your company's account on another platform, please make sure to tick the ‘This account belongs to your company’ checkbox.
- Once the required information has been filled in, click ‘Add beneficiary’ and you’ll be able to use the details when making payments on the BVNK Merchant Portal.
- After being verified, you will be able to use the registered account to move fiat money to and from your BVNK accounts.
