You can initiate a password reset from our account login screen or using the BVNK Password Reset page.

Note: You will need access to the email address associated with your BVNK account to complete the process.

Password reset without email access

If you have lost access to the email address associated with your BVNK account, please contact our Support team at support@bvnk.com.

Note: To establish whether you are who you purport to be, our team may ask you security questions based on the transactions and other information recorded in your BVNK account. A selfie may also be required.
