How to execute payment to a third party?

This guide will provide information about executing B2B payments to a third-party bank account from your BVNK Wallets page.

Requirements

• Signed Banking Partner Terms and Conditions agreement
• 2FA enabled in the BVNK account

Steps

1. To execute a transaction, click on the three dots next to a wallet and select the “Pay’ button.
   
2. Select the currency and the beneficiary. If you don't have any beneficiaries yet, add a new beneficiary.
   
   Please note: SWIFT payments are currently not supported.
3. Add the amount and click ‘Continue’
   
4. Confirm the payment by using your 2FA, and click “Confirm payment”

Your payment request has now been submitted. Please note that the payment may take 2 banking days to complete. Our team might reach out to you for additional documentation.
