BVNK will credit the relevant wallet as soon as we have received notice from our bank. Provided that you used the correct banking details, this can take a few minutes or up to 3 business days. The length of time depends on:
- Your particular bank;
- The accuracy of the customer reference number inserted;
- Any technical problems we experience receiving notice from our bank.
Note: An incorrect customer reference number requires investigation and manual reconciliation. If you suspect that you used the wrong reference, please contact our Support team with proof of payment.
