What is the purpose of the authorised representative?

Your authorised representative is the signatory of your contract with BVNK. They also operate your BVNK Business Account on a daily basis or whenever it is required. In cases where the representative is someone other than a company director, they must be explicitly authorised to operate the account on your behalf. This involves providing a power of attorney, together with the individual's ID and proof of address.
