Minimum Transaction Amounts (FAQ)

What is the minimum transaction amount?

The minimum transaction amount is €1 or its equivalent in your chosen crypto or fiat currency.

What happens if I send less than €1?

Transactions with a value below €1 (or the equivalent) will not be processed.

These transactions will not be credited or received by the beneficiary, and should be considered below the supported processing threshold.

Does this apply to both deposits and withdrawals?

Yes. The minimum transaction limit applies to:

  • Cryptocurrency pay-ins (deposits)
  • Cryptocurrency payouts (withdrawals)

Does this affect all cryptocurrencies?

Yes. The minimum limit applies across all supported cryptocurrencies. The threshold is determined using the equivalent value of €1 at the time the transaction is submitted.

Do I need to take any action?

If your payment flows already send and receive amounts above €1, no action is required.

If your systems generate transactions below this threshold, you should update your payment logic or configurations to ensure all transactions meet the minimum amount.

Why has BVNK introduced this limit?

Minimum transaction limits help ensure efficient transaction processing, reduce operational overhead for very small transfers, and provide a more consistent experience across supported blockchain networks.

Can BVNK manually recover or process transactions below the minimum?

No. Transactions submitted below the minimum supported amount cannot be processed or credited.
