When using our 4 eye approval process for payouts, you no longer need to log in and check the approvals queue. You may now enable Approval Notifications to receive an email alert the moment a crypto or fiat payout is ready for your review.
This feature is designed to save you time and streamline your workflow, ensuring you are notified exactly when a payout approval is needed.
Notifications are managed on a per user basis. Enabling this feature will turn on notifications for your specific user login. Any team member who wishes to receive these emails will need to log in and enable the notification.
How to Enable Approval Notifications
To start receiving email alerts for pending approvals, follow these steps:
Log in to your BVNK Merchant Portal.
Navigate to Manage Account
Click on Communication preferences.
Locate the Approvals option and toggle the switch to enable it.
Once you have enabled Approval Notifications, our system will automatically monitor the approvals queue. When a payout (crypto or fiat) is ready for your review, you will receive an automated email.
Subject Line: Action required: Payment approval request
Message Details: The email will notify you that a payment has been initiated from your BVNK account and requires approval.
Review approval request: Clicking this button will redirect you to the Approvals queue in the Merchant Portal so you can easily view and manage the payout.
