How to find and resend SumSub verification links using Merchant Portal

If a customer’s application requires additional information, or if the previous verification link has expired, you can regenerate and share new Identity and Verification links from the Merchant Portal.

To find and share a verification link:

  1. Log in to the Merchant Portal.
  2. Select “My Customers” from the drop down menu
  3. Navigate to the relevant customer’s application
  4. Check the application status - If the application is marked as Information Required, scroll to the Sumsub Verification section.
  5. Locate the required link:

    • For the general Business Verification link. Click to copy the SumSub ID&V link and send onto your clients

     

  • If the agreement information has been supplied, you can find the Individual Verify Now links within the SumSub record. From there, just copy and forward the link to the specific person.




     

Important Notes:

  • Always ask your customer to complete the verification as soon as possible to avoid onboarding delays.
  • Only share links via secure, private channels.
