What is happening with XRP?
XRP services will be temporarily unavailable from 23 February 2026 to 3 March 2026.
Why is XRP not available during this period?
XRP services are being temporarily paused while we migrate wallets to our Maltese entity. Unlike other assets, XRP wallets cannot be migrated due to the structure of the XRP network.
This short pause allows us to reconfigure the service before making XRP available again from 3 March 2026.
What do I need to do if I hold XRP?
If you have an XRP balance, you must take action before 23 February 2026.
Please either:
- Convert your XRP to another supported currency, or
- Withdraw your XRP to an external XRP wallet
What happens if I don’t move my XRP in time?
We will need to automatically convert your XRP to USDC for you at the current market rate during the week of 23 February 2026.
Can I use XRP during the pause?
No. XRP services will not be available between 23 February and 3 March 2026.
When will XRP be available again?
XRP support is expected to resume after 3 March 2026.
