Service times on 25.12.25- 26.12.2025, 01.01.2026:
- Payments executed via Faster Payments, SEPA Credit Transfer Instant (SCT Inst), RTP will remain operational.
- Payments made via other payment rails (SWIFT, SEPA Credit Transfer (SCT) including deposits, withdrawals, and both B2B and B2C transactions will not be processed on 25–26 Dec and 1 Jan.
- Payments submitted on 25–26 Dec → will be executed on 29 Dec
- Payments submitted on 1 Jan → will be executed on 2 Jan
- Payments made via ACH, FEDWIRE payment rails including deposits, withdrawals, and both B2B and B2C transactions will not be processed on 25 Dec and 1 Jan.
- Payments submitted on 25 Dec → will be executed on 26 Dec
- Payments submitted on 1 Jan → will be executed on 2 Jan
- Our OTC Desk will be unavailable on these three days, you can continue to convert through the platform or via API during this period.
- 24h support will be available for Merchant Support.
- Account Manager and Customer Success Manager availability over the holiday period is limited.
