You can now export your wallet balance history directly from the BVNK Merchant Portal. Exports are sent to your email address as a downloadable CSV file.
Export all wallet balances
Steps
- Head to the Transaction History tab in the BVNK Portal.
- Select Export Transactions.
- Choose Wallet Balance and insert the date you’d like to export balances for.
- Click Send to email.
This export includes wallet balances for all wallets on your account — both fiat and crypto.
Export a specific wallet balance
Steps
- Head to the Wallets tab in the BVNK Portal.
- Select the wallet you’d like to export.
- Click Export.
- Choose Wallet Balance and insert the desired date.
- Click Send to email.
Once your request has been processed — for either all wallet balances or a single wallet — you’ll receive an email notification with a link to download your CSV statement.
Click on the link from the email you have received and the CSV will download in your browser.
