How to export your Wallet Balance history?

You can now export your wallet balance history directly from the BVNK Merchant Portal. Exports are sent to your email address as a downloadable CSV file.

Export all wallet balances

Steps

1. Head to the Transaction History tab in the BVNK Portal.
2. Select Export Transactions.
3. Choose Wallet Balance and insert the date you’d like to export balances for.
4. Click Send to email.

This export includes wallet balances for all wallets on your account — both fiat and crypto.

Export a specific wallet balance

Steps

1. Head to the Wallets tab in the BVNK Portal.
2. Select the wallet you’d like to export.
3. Click Export.
4. Choose Wallet Balance and insert the desired date.
5. Click Send to email.

Once your request has been processed — for either all wallet balances or a single wallet — you’ll receive an email notification with a link to download your CSV statement.
