Fiat 1st and 3rd party outbound payments use a single, unified flow called Pay Fiat.
Instructions on how to make a Fiat Payout:
- Log into the BVNK Portal.
- Select the "Wallets" section on the side navigation.
- Click on the kebab menu (the three vertical dots) and select "Send fiat" or alternatively select the wallet and click on the "Send fiat" button.
- Filter the beneficiary type and select from the list of beneficiaries or alternatively add a new beneficiary using the button.
- Select the amount to send and add a payment reference.
- If a fee is required for the payout it will show in the total amount to be paid out.
- Select continue and review the information before authorising the payout.
