- Trading services (over-the-counter) are not available on 25 December, 26 December or 1 January.
- EUR, GBP and USD deposits, withdrawals and B2B and B2C payments will not be processed on 25 December, 26 December or 1 January. Payments initiated on these days will be executed the following business day.
- The Merchant Support team is available 8am - 11pm CET on 25 December, 26 December, and 1 January.
