Customers Bank has recently launched CUBIX, a real-time intra-bank Instant Payment Platform that supports 24/7, 365 transactions between clients.
To send USD to your BVNK wallet using the CUBIX Internal Transfer Service, please follow the steps below.
1. Log into your account on the BVNK portal
2. Navigate to the Wallets section of your account and select the wallet you want to use to receive USD
3. Click on the three dots to the right of your USD wallet and select Deposit
4. View the settlement account details provided to make the deposit to your USD wallet.
a. NB: Please ensure that you have included the unique reference number as the transaction reference before initiating the deposit.
5. Log into your online banking (in this case, Customers Bank) to connect Address Books by either
a. ACCEPTING the Address Book request from System Pay Services Solutions Spain S.L under the “Instant Transfer Address Book” section of the Customers Bank portal, or
b. SENDING System Pay Services Solutions Spain S.L an Address Book request from the Customers Bank portal. For this option, please use our Client Name details as shown above when searching for the Address Book account.
