Downloading a Proof of Payment (POP) from the Merchant Portal is a straightforward process. This guide will walk you through the necessary steps to obtain a POP for your transactions.
Requirements
- The wallet must support Proof of Payment download. For any questions, please contact your account manager.
- Payments will only show the POP when the payment has been completed.
Steps
- Open the wallet:
- Log in to the Merchant Portal.
- Navigate to the wallet that contains the transaction for which you need the POP. - Select the transaction:
- Find and select the specific transaction you want to download the POP for. - Download Proof of Payment (POP):
- On the side menu, click on the "Download proof of payment" button.
- If the "Download proof of payment" button is not present, it indicates that the wallet or the transaction does not support this feature.
