How to export wallet transaction history?

You can export your wallet transaction history as either a CSV or PDF statement from the BVNK merchant portal.

Steps

1. Head to the Wallets tab in the BVNK Portal.
2. Select the wallet for which you would like the transaction statement.
3. Click on Export and select the date range you wish to include and the format of the export (CSV or PDF).
4. Click on “Send to email”. This will send a link to download your transaction statement to the email address you logged in with.

Once your request has been processed you will receive a link to your email to download your CSV/PDF statement.

Click on the link from the email you have received and the CSV/PDF will download in your browser.
