Follow the steps below to complete your first conversion in the BVNK Merchant Portal.
- Log in to your BVNK merchant account.
- Navigate to “Wallets” and select “Convert”.
- Use the dropdown menus to select:
- Convert funds from: the currency you are converting from
- Receive funds to: the currency you want to receive
- Payment reference (optional): a reference to attach to the conversion
- Select “Request quote”. BVNK will display:
- The amount you’ll receive
- The exchange rate
- Fees charged
- The quote expiry
- Confirm the conversion: If you’re satisfied with the quote, select “Convert now” to complete the conversion.
- The converted funds will then be reflected in your receiving currency wallet.
