Add your first bank account to make withdrawals

Adding Your First Bank Account to BVNK: 

  1. Navigate to the 'Manage Account' Section: Start by heading over to the 'Manage Account' section on BVNK. This is where you'll manage various aspects of your account.
  2. Locate the 'Manage Beneficiaries' Option: Within the Manage Account section, find and click on 'Manage Beneficiaries' option. This will take you to the area where you can manage and add first-party and third party bank accounts.
  3. Click on 'Add Beneficiary': You'll see an option to select between a local and an international transfer. Click on this to initiate the process of adding a new bank account.
  4. Enter your business details: You'll be prompted to enter your business details.
    Currency
    Business Name
    Beneficiary Name
    Payment Reference
    Address Line 1 & 2
    City
    Postal/ Zip Code
    Region/State
    Country of business registration

5. Enter Your Bank Details: You'll be prompted to provide details related to your bank account. This includes (depending on your region of the account):

    1. Bank Name
    2. Account Holder Name
    3. Account Number
    4. Sort Code (or equivalent depending on your region)
    5. IBAN (for international banks)
    6. SWIFT/BIC Code (if required)
    7. Confirm and Save: After entering all the necessary details, review them to ensure accuracy. Once you're certain all information is correct, click on the 'Save' button.

With these steps, you've successfully added your bank account to BVNK, paving the way for seamless financial transactions. Always ensure you're entering accurate bank details to prevent any issues or delays in future transactions.
