What is an EMI licence?

An Electronic Money Institution (EMI) licence in the UK enables the licence holder to issue electronic money and electronic wallets. 

UK EMI Accounts are offered by the BVNK Group entity, System Pay Services Limited, authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority as an Electronic Money Institution (Ref: 901057).
